Links we love:
Keep up-to-date with all of Temple Bar's cultural happenings as well as news, events and markets in the area.
The Ark is a cultural centre for children based in Temple Bar. We often work with them on literary events and they have a packed programme of great kid's activities.
The children's books magazine for Ireland. We regularly review for them and work closely with Children's Books Ireland on creating great children's book events.
John is the author of bestselling children's novel 'The Boy in The Striped Pyjamas', along with some great historical fiction for grown-ups. He's also an old friend of ours so have a look at his site and pick up one of his books.
The website for an independent bookshop in Gloucestershire, UK. It's run by an old boss of mine who was one of the most inspirational booksellers I've ever met. Well worth supporting.
An independent bookshop in Abingdon, near Oxford, UK. We share a similar philosophy and they serve as a good reminder why we should support our local bookshops.
Another independent bookshop, this one's in North London (just up the road from where I used to live) and their blog makes me smile.
And one more independent bookshop, this one's down in Kinsale, Co Cork (just round the harbour from where my dad used to live). I popped in there last time I was visiting Cork and it's everything I hope the Gutter might be.
A wonderful and professional website for individuals, authors, publishers, charities and corporates who are looking for some publishing help. It's run by a friend of mine and deserves to be a great success.
